About

I am a Lisbon-based Creative Director, AI artist, and partner at ELETRICO28 with more than 20 years in design and branding. I wrote The MidJourney Expedition (2023) and I teach and speak about Gen AI for creative teams.

I have explored AI in depth since 2021. I use it daily in agency work and in my studio practice. I also teach others to work with AI with ethics and accountability. My classes and workshops focus on clear methods, prompt craft, visual consistency, and responsible use in real projects. I work with designers, marketers, and small studios that want practical skills and measurable results.

I use AI as a public voice as well. I create pieces and short video projects that raise awareness about climate action, habitat loss, endangered species, and human rights. Recent work covers plastic pollution, ocean health, and the social costs of extractive tech. I cite sources and credits to keep the audience informed and able to act.

I co-founded CIA (Comunidade de Inteligência Artificial) in Portugal. We run talks, open sessions, and peer mentoring to help professionals adopt Gen AI responsibly. Alongside this work, I keep an active studio practice that studies how organic systems can reshape ideas of identity, beauty, and power. My current series, CARNIVORA: A New World Is Born, builds a narrative where hybrids reclaim balance and ask us to rethink our role on a living planet.
